HEALTHY RANCH DIP
(Recipe by Body for Life)
1 C. regular or low-fat cottage cheese
1 green onion, chopped
2 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. ground black pepper
1/2 t. salt
1. Combine the cottage cheese and green onion in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2. Stir in the Italian seasoning, pepper and salt.
3. Serve with Veggies, Pita chips, crackers etc...
